Step 3 – Warm Introduction
We personally introduce you to the agent by phone or email so you’re not making a cold call to a stranger.

Step 4 – You Decide If It’s a Fit
You’re always in control. If for any reason you don’t feel it’s a good fit, we can help match you with someone else.

Step 5 – We Get Paid by the Agent, Not You
Our service is free for buyers and sellers. If your deal closes, the agent pays us a standard referral fee from their commission. You never pay extra.
